About Alexandra

Hey there!

Welcome to my page. My name is Alexandra, but my friends and family call me Allie. I am the creator and author of Everything Alexandra.

On my site, I write about health, fitness, minimalism, and other similar topics that revolve around general wellbeing. I, like many others, believe that health is far more complex than simply nutrition and exercise alone, and I try to create content that reflects those beliefs. With everything I create and publish, I hope that my content adds value to the lives of my readers.

From a young age, I took up an interest in organized sports, which sparked my love for physical fitness and exercise. My favorite sport in particular was track and field, which introduced me to the world of performance training and weightlifting. As years went by and I stopped playing sports competitively, I wanted to continue cultivating my knowledge about safe and effective exercise. This desire to learn more sparked my interest in personal training. Currently, I am a nationally certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), and I have trained clients from ages 18-75.

I grew up in a town on the southern coast of Maine, and I fell in love with New England so much so that I’ve yet to leave. Currently, I reside in Boston, Massachusetts, where I am finishing up my degree in Chemical Engineering at Northeastern University.

If you like this website, give me a follow, or subscribe to my email newsletter! I promise I won’t spam your inbox.
